The second cylinder pump patent, which includes upgrade technology to the first cylinder pump filed and registered in 2010, has been granted priority patent registration in Japan in the global market excluding Korea. The secondary cylinder pump patent was filed in 2019 and has a 20-year term, protecting the patent rights of the Anyfusion cylinder pump until 2039.

The Japanese patent examination is shared with applicants from developed countries in the world, and it is expected that patents from countries such as the United States, Europe, and China will be registered soon.
