Anyfusion ACPi Pro - 3D printing ACPi Pro cartridge

This is a photo of the Anyfusion ACPi Pro dedicated cartridge, designed and 3D printed in the first phase.

It is designed to discharge 5,000 cc per hour.

We aim to develop the Anyfusion ACPi Pro equipment by conducting performance tests using a test mold capable of injection molding at 5,000 cc/hr.

The Anyfusion ACPi Pro is a system that automatically seals containers for anticancer drugs or injectables and compounding containers. As a HIS-integrated single or multi-function device, it is the world's fastest, enabling compounding, filling, and dispensing simultaneously with the prescription. It is a compact device usable in existing BSC without additional facility investment. It is the only equipment capable of rapidly compounding 300-500 anticancer (injection) agents and TPN per day, rapidly filling 15-50 PCA balloons per hour, and dispensing 100-200 IV fluids per hour.

Design modifications and development are required to make the company's patented MCST1 and 2 housing bodies compatible with the Anyfusion ACPi Pro. Furthermore, US-based Company H, which holds core technologies for the syringe adapter (a key component of the CSTD function) and the MCST1 and 2 housing bodies, has agreed to participate in the development to enable automatic locking of MCST1 and 2.

We plan to complete development of the 5,000cc cartridge by November 2024. Once performance testing concludes, we will immediately commence development of the ACPi Pro. Development is targeted for completion in 2025. By 2026, we aim to secure FDA, CE, PMDA (Japan), and MFDS (Korea) certifications, along with insurance listing from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA), before launching domestic and international sales.

While the Anyfusion ACPi system was introduced to the global market with a design that minimizes development costs and enables rapid preparation of anticancer (injection) agents, PCA balloon filling, and IV fluid administration even when connecting five V100 units and extension sets in parallel with a manifold, While there is demand in certain countries, the design lacked sophistication, failing to meet medical device standards. It required extension sets and manifolders, and issues persisted regarding dead volume within the set.

We decided to develop the Anyfusion ACPi Pro, a practical solution meeting the needs of all cancer centers worldwide. This system incorporates only the core Anyfusion cartridge technology for rapid preparation of anticancer (injection) drugs, PCA balloon filling, and IV fluid administration. It features a sleek design meeting medical device standards, integrates with HIS, enables automatic locking of vials/bottles and preparation containers, eliminates dead volume, and requires no additional sets. We decided to develop the practical Anyfusion ACPi Pro, needed by all cancer centers worldwide, and first developed the core technology: the 5,000cc cylinder cartridge.

While the ACPi system used five cartridges, the Pro achieves this with a single cartridge. We will dedicate our utmost effort to the rapid development and certification of the ACPi Pro, for which there are no alternatives or substitute technologies.

Thank you.
