From January 27 to January 30, we participated in the international Arab Healthcare Exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center in the United Arab Emirates, introducing Anyfusion to buyers from the Middle East and Europe. We agreed to pursue business with buyers from New Zealand, Australia, Italy, and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, we agreed with the Saudi Arabian government to pursue manufacturing and investment in Saudi Arabia.

A buyer from the UAE visited the booth of a company developing AI specifically for medical devices. After a meeting, they revisited the booth three days later. The company demonstrated a program that provided answers to any questions about the company. We directly experienced the formidable results produced by an AI program that synthesizes and consolidates all content previously introduced by the company in announcements and articles, embodying everything the company has built over many years. To prevent information leakage and avoid actions advantageous to competitors, we will refrain from disclosure as much as possible. We kindly request your understanding.

From February 4th to 6th, at the MD&M North America convention in Anaheim, California, USA, we held a successful meeting with Company N, our partner in jointly developing the ACPi-specific CSTD. We achieved perfect communication and understanding regarding the development of the ACPi-specific CSTD the company desires, and decided to accelerate development for rapid marketization.  

Based on information identifying Anyfusion and EZ Regular's innovative technology and products as optimal for the U.S. medical market focused on safety and efficacy, we held proactive and constructive discussions with CEO J of C, the top U.S. consulting firm recommended by the U.S. Embassy in Korea to consult on Anyfusion's U.S. business.  We agreed to proceed with a contract premised on advancing business for rapid U.S. market entry. This consulting covers establishing a local subsidiary, FDA 510(k) certification, introducing large-scale distributors for EZ Regular and Anyfusion, listing Anyfusion CMS and private insurers, clinical trials for optimal cartridge valuation, securing breakthrough device designation for multiple platform items as FDA innovative medical devices, and investment.
