1. We have been selected for the 2025 [Korea Health Industry Development Institute] Medical Device Global Market Development Support Project.

This project will support the selection of a competitive and large-scale partner, Company C (renamed Company Q), recommended by the US Embassy, ​​and the overall US market entry process, including FDA certification, incorporation, manufacturing, CMS registration, investment, and listing. We will also support market development in Australia and New Zealand.

This project will support the overall Australian and New Zealand market entry process, as well as the US market entry, with Company M, recommended by the CEO of Company Q, one of two Australian consulting firms consulted by BIO KOREA in 2025. This support will be provided based on a consulting agreement for the entire Australian and New Zealand market entry process.

2. We have agreed to sign an NDA with the Saudi Arabian government for Saudi Arabian market entry.

3. In Korea, we will utilize the ICU and operating rooms at the newly built CS University Hospital and conduct demonstrations at major universities and general hospitals in the Seoul metropolitan area and other regions, including S, Y, and G University Hospitals.
